Craving clarity, purpose, and something deeper.
We Built the GuideWe Wish We Had

We know what it’s like to feel lost in your own life.

For Ari, it was the end of an 8-year relationship.

For Ale, it was landing her dream job and realizing she was miserable.

We tried all the things: therapy, self-help books, retreats, meditations. And they helped… kind of.

But something was still missing.

What we needed wasn’t more information.

We needed integration. Structure. Spirituality that was grounded and lived, not lofty or out of reach.

We met at Columbia University, where we were both studying Psychology at the Spirit Mind Body Institute. We dove deep into the science of consciousness, healing, and transformation.

That’s where we bonded over a shared mission:

To help people who feel lost reconnect to their truth.

Where it all started on Columbia University campus!
Craving clarity, purpose, and something deeper.
So we created Seekr:

A modern sanctuary for the woman in transition.

The one who’s done the work but still feels stuck.

The one who’s craving clarity, meaning, and a deeper connection to herself.
Join the Next Journey

Backed by a decade of experience and years studying the science of transformation, we built the guide we wish we had:

- Rooted in psychology and ancient wisdom

- Held in community

- Designed to support you through the in-between

If you’re standing at a crossroads, you don’t have to walk it alone.
We’ve been there. We’re still becoming, too.

And we’re so glad you found us.

Welcome home.
